Our next wine-dinner will be on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at 7 PM.   Our special guest is Joe Messina, a brilliant culinarian whose Adventure in Food Trading Company sustained the best restaurants in this area for 25 years.  Joe is now the proprietor and winemaker at Amici Vineyard where he has produced four wonderful wines now available to the public.   The wines are: Cabernet Franc; Dry Rose; Marechal Foch Frontenac; and Dry Riesling.    Joe is also a great cook and will be collaborating with Jim on a Spring menu with special attention to the cuisine from Joe's ancestral roots in Ischia, Campania.   Reservations are limited.  Please call 465-0439 for reservations.
