This April we have a few seats open for a unique culinary experience hosted right in our Chef's Table, Jim Rua's personal kitchen in his home at Cafe Capriccio. Jim and Joe have worked hand-in-hand here at Capriccio for decades, as Joe is a Capriccio Alumni who moved into the wine business. They work extremely well together with pairing Jim expert yet effortless cuisine to Joe's vast wine list. These two dinners will focus on Spring flavors with regional wine, you will likely hear a story or two from Jim about his experience in both Italy and Spain. Experience the Chef's Table without having to get a large group together by joining us for an exciting night of food, wine, and storytelling.
